The head office is based in Sydney, but all our lessons are taught online.

There’s really no difference between online and in person English tutoring. The lessons are still face-to-face. The only difference is that they’re on the screen rather than in person—and, not to mention, more convenient.

We use Zoom for video conferencing so the student and tutor can see and hear each other.

We use Google Docs as an interactive whiteboard, where both the tutor and student can edit and interact in real time, which keeps everything organised and in one place.

A strong, stable internet connection is required, along with a computer or laptop equipped with a webcam and speakers. For the best audio quality, we recommend students use a headset with a microphone. That’s it!

Yes we do. We teach EAL/D, Standard, Advanced, English Extension I and II.

Even the best teachers can’t give everyone in a class personal attention, so our personalised approach creates the ideal supportive learning environment.

While we provide a blueprint that lays out how to achieve top marks, we also teach students compression, writing, analysis and expression—the foundations that give our students the confidence to achieve the results they desire.

We work directly with students on their upcoming assessments and exams, making sure they’re always well prepared. This builds confidence, self-esteem, better study habits and encourages independent learning.

Simply put: the fact that we don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach and teach from a booklet.

We understand that different schools have different expectations. So our approach is a hardline focus on the student’s individual requirements.

And then there’s the fact that we’re passionate, hands on, take pride in our work, have real domain expertise, extensive teaching experience and a special aptitude for making difficult ideas easy to understand.

While we believe that our results and testimonials speak for themselves, the real proof of our exceptional service is that over 90% of our students come to us through referrals.
